Do I need experience to run a retreat? 

No! This workshop walks you through everything step-by-step, even if this is your first retreat. 

Is this just for postnatal clients? 

While I use this framework for postnatal retreats, it works for any client group. You can apply this approach to all types of Pilates retreats. 

“Do I have to have babies in the room?”  

No. I choose to design my retreats as a space for mums to focus totally on themselves - to be Alice and not mummy. You can of course invite babies if you feel that would work for mums and you. It's your retreat - you decide!

What if I don’t have a big audience? 

No worries! I’ll show you how to fill your retreat using your existing network and simple marketing strategies. 

Do I need a fancy venue? 

Not at all! Your retreat can be as simple or as luxurious as you like. I’ll guide you on choosing the best venue for your budget.
