How is this different from The Postnatal Core Rehab Method?

PCRM is the training. It's where you learn how to work with postnatal clients - the conditions, the screening, the programming, the application. The Powerhouse Membership is the support layer. It runs alongside whatever stage you're at.
Some members are working through PCRM and use Powerhouse for accountability. Some have finished PCRM and use it to keep momentum. Some haven't done PCRM yet and use Powerhouse as a soft landing while they decide if it's the right next step.

Do I need to have done PCRM to join?

No. The Powerhouse Membership is open to any Pilates instructor building toward postnatal work. You can join at any stage.
